We provide you with the option to upload a profile picture for use within the Linamind application. However, please note that we typically do not review or access this picture.

We'll never sell your personal info to third parties.

2. Voluntary correspondence

When you contact Linamind with inquiries or requests for assistance, we may retain this correspondence, which includes your email address. This enables us to provide better support for your benefit should you contact us again in the future.

Additionally, any information you volunteer to provide, such as survey responses, is stored by us. In instances where we conduct customer interviews, we may request your permission to record the conversation for potential future reference or utilization. We will only proceed with recording if you grant explicit consent.

3. Information we do not collect

We refrain from collecting protected classification characteristics, such as age, race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or physical and mental abilities or disabilities.

Moreover, we do not gather any biometric data. You have the choice to include a picture in your user profile, whether it's a genuine photo of yourself or an image that best represents you. We do not analyze or derive any information from profile pictures; they remain solely for your personal use.

We apply the same data rights to all customers, regardless of their location. Linamind is committed to ensuring the protection of your personal data and respecting your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For requests to delete personal information or know what personal information has been collected, we will first verify your identity using a combination of at least two pieces of information already collected including your user email address.

If an authorized agent is corresponding on your behalf, we will first need written consent with a signature from the profile holder before proceeding.

5. How we secure your data

All data is encrypted via SSL/TLS when transmitted from our servers to your browser.

6. What happens when you delete your Linamind account

In Linamind, we give you the option to delete your account. When doing so, data are purged within 60 days.

7. Location of site and data

Linamind app and website properties are operated in the EU. If you are located elsewhere outside of the EU, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to and stored in the EU.

By using our Site, participating in any of our services and/or providing us with your information, you consent to this transfer.

8. Disclosure of your information

We do not sell personal data nor do we permit it to be used for reasons other than those for which it was originally provided. If this practice should change in the future, we will update this policy accordingly and provide individuals with opt-out or opt-in choice as appropriate.
